Opening a restaurant is a dream for many of us who love food. So many people love to eat at restaurants so you must be able to find a niche that will love what you intend on doing. The restaurant business is a fantastic because to be a part of but, like all businesses, they can be challenging to set up. Before you do anything, you need to conceptualise who you even to serve. If you do not have a concrete identity as a restaurant that oozes out of every aspect of what you will do you will fade into the background.
